2016-2017 Info & Pricing

Your child can participate in our after school programs for only $1 day!

•Age Range: 5-12 years old

•Membership Fee: $10.00

•Weekly Drop In Fee: $5.00

•School Out Day Fee: $20/Child

 

Teens can participate in our programs for only $10.00 per school year!

•Age Range: 13-18 years old

•Membership Fee: $10.00

•No weekly fee for teens

Boys & Girls Club Enrollment

Enrolling kids and teens in Boys & Girls Club after school programs is easy! You can complete much of the enrollment process online, however, we are required to keep some documents on file - we'll need paper copies of those items. Just follow the steps below to enroll.

Waitlist:
E.A. Tutt & El Pomar Boys & Girls Clubs are on waitlists for the 2016-2017 After School Service for 5-12 year olds. 

We are accepting enrollment for 13-18 year olds ONLY.

Please email registration@bgcppr.org with the Club Name, Child's Name, Child's Age, Parent Name, Parent Email Address & Phone Number to be added to the appropriate waitlist.

Enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year will open on July 1st, 2017

Gather the Paper Documents You'll Need
 

Universal Signature Form: CHILD // TEEN

 

Your Child's Current Photo

 

Your Child's Birth Certificate (only if new child)

 

Your Child's Immunization Records (only if new child)

 

All registration documents must be submitted 24-48 business hours prior to your child's first day of care. Care will NOT be provided until all registration documents have been received.

Click the blue Enroll Now button below to go to our Parent Portal

 


    • Set Up Account and Add Child(ren) following the Parent Portal Enrollment Tutorial



 


    • Pay the Membership Fee via the "Enroll" tab in the Parent Portal



 


    • Enroll Each Child (5-12yrs) into the BGC Weekly Drop In Service (one week of service-via the "Enroll" tab in Parent Portal)



 

Receive Membership Payment Confirmation Email

 

Receive Weekly Service Enrollment Email

 

(Repeat these steps for EACH Child)

Documents

 Your enrollment must be complete before your child/teen can begin participating in Boys & Girls Club/The Club programs. Make sure that you have completed online enrollment, paid your membership fee, and turned in all of your paper documents to our office at least 24-48 business hours before your child's/teen's first day at the Club!
