“The Boys & Girls Club means a lot to my family. We first signed up because it was inexpensive child care and they transported my kids after school. After seeing what they do I realized that they are more than “affordable daycare”. They are teachers that truly care. They don't teach Math, English, or Science like classroom teachers, but they teach values, teamwork, respect, sharing, caring for others, and to be proud of and loving of themselves! Basically, developing these young people to be productive members of their community. They do so in a safe, structured, fun and positive environment. It’s a perfect place for my children to get good social interaction with a diverse crowd. They say it takes a community to raise a child, my family has found that community in the Boys & Girls Club.
